Missions Statement 4 Cheeky Monkeys: We’re a non-profit company helping
Upcoming Events
Our company is called 4 Cheeky Monkeys C.I.C. We have come such a long way over the last few years since choosing to renovate an old derelict scout hut on Dawlish Road (M33 5FQ.)
Disappointed at the lack of supportive, accessible amenities for families within the Sale area my mum, Lesley, and I began the project to renovate, decorate and reopen an old, dilapidated scout hut building in 2012. It was a massive task, with rubbish piled high outside, windows boarded over, electrical and plumbing work needed.
Hard work and support from the local area enabled 4 Cheeky Monkeys C.I.C to open its doors to the public on 3rd March 2014. Our mission statement is:
We’re a non-profit company helping to build the imagination, social skills and play time for children and their carer’s.
Our setting is a family centre providing upto 8 stay and play sessions, as well as birthday parties on a Saturday. We’re open to all children aged 0-4 and their parents/carers. We aim to provide a safe, clean, bright educational environment where children and adults interact together and play. Play in the early years is paramount.
The experience of renovating and reopening the derelict scout hut has lead us to meet such amazing people while setting up 4 Cheeky Monkeys it has been…without sounding tacky…awesome.
Biggest thank you to everyone that has supported us and not written us off as crazy. They have seen our vision and supported us throughout these are our family, friends, colleagues, businesses, grant providers, people that use the centre, people that recommend us, give out leaflets, donations, the list is endless we feel so blessed..

A Quick Look
Our centre manager. A bit about Lesley…she has 3 children Jeneane (OLD), a son 23 and daughter 22 and she has always lived in Sale. Lesley loves motown music, cups of tea, pubbing it with her friends (don’t tell her I wrote that!) and being at 4 Cheeky Monkeys of course.
Hi everyone, I’m Jeneane, and I set 4 Cheeky Monkeys up with my mum Lesley. A bit about me: I have 3 boys aged 14, 10 and 3 we moved out of Trafford to near Lytham. We have a cat called Hendrix and our house is full of music, laughing, a bit of shouting (we’re a noisy lot), […]
